Sheldon Smith
President
Sheldon Smith is the founder and President of S&S Digital Conversions, an industry leader in microfilm and document conversion. With over 25 years of experience, Sheldon is renowned for his attention to detail, customer service, and image quality.
Prior to founding S&S Digital Conversions, he was the General Manger of Ronsin Imaging Services. In this key role, he was able to direct and manage day-to-day operations for national clients. Sheldon is dedicated to honing his craft, producing results with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency.
Bjarne Winkler
Chief Information Officer
Bjarne Winkler was born and raised in Denmark before relocating to California in 1980 as a field engineer for Intel. While there, he developed one of the world’s first touch-sensitive systems for computers, thus sparking a lifelong passion for automation and micrographic media.
He then went on to found numerous American companies, including Semaphore Images and New Team Software, where he focused on automation of large repetitive procedures, like media conversion.

Julianne Lehr boasts 16 years of administrative business experience. At S&S Digital Conversions, she employs data analytics and planning to limit costly oversights. Customer-centric, she ensures loyalty and sustainable success for our firm. Julianne’s contributions are invaluable!

Dominic Lucero
Lead Scanning Technician
Dominic Lucero is meticulous and thorough in his work. His background is in film production and editing. He is very personable, prompt, and exhibits good leadership skills in his work ethic and how he coaches others.
His background in video editing and processing digital images has translated well to a variety of tasks here at S&S Digital Conversions.
